Payment

By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the conditions on this page. Payments are made by bank transfer. You will receive the bank details at the time of booking and secure your place with a £350 deposit. You are welcome to discuss and arrange monthly payment plans. 

Where a deposit has been paid, final balances are due 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat. If final payments are not received by this date, Francesco Mazzetti Yoga reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space and you will forfeit your deposit. If for any reason you are unable to pay on time but would still want to keep your spot, please contact Francesco via email as soon as possible and no later than 6 weeks before the retreat starts at francescomazzettiyoga@gmail.com

Cancellation policy - made by you

If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat and need to cancel, please email as soon as possible and Francesco will do his best to fill your place so that he can refund any payments made. This may not always be possible however and if he cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees will apply: 

12 weeks or more before the start date of your retreat: you will receive 100% refund excluding the deposit.

6 to 12 weeks weeks before the start date of your retreat: you will receive 50% refund excluding the deposit.

Up to 6 weeks before the start of your retreat: 0% refund will be given.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.

Cancellation policy - by us 

In the unlikely and unfortunate event of having to cancel the retreat, Francesco Mazzetti Yoga will notify you as soon as possible and refund your deposit and retreat payment in full. However, Francesco Mazzetti Yoga is not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat such as but not limited to airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip. 

Rights

Occasionally Francesco may need to make changes to the retreat e.g. class times or activities, and he reserves the right to do so at any time.

General waiver

You agree to sign a waiver with Francesco Mazzetti Yoga at least 30 days before your retreat start date.

You acknowledge that during any retreat with Francesco Mazzetti Yoga you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Francesco Mazzetti Yoga, their agents, contractor’s, employee’s and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a retreat with Francesco Mazzetti Yoga up to and including death.

If you are currently pregnant, or under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must provide a Doctor’s certificate confirming your fitness to travel and take part in the retreat as well as notifying Francesco Mazzetti Yoga. We are also not medically trained and do not know your full medical history so cannot offer any specific medical advice whilst at the retreat.

Francesco Mazzetti Yoga will not accept liability for:

Any of the above events, or others beyond our control.

Loss, damage, injury or illness whilst you are away with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat

Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat.

Privacy policy

We do not store or hold any credit / debit card details. all payments are made by bank transfer. We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by us to assess the use of the site.

We will use your mobile number for a potential Whatsapp group that we might create at the start of the yoga holiday to communicate with everyone in the group. you agree to have your mobile number shared with other participants of the yoga group as well as with Francesco. We will not share your contact information with any third-party agencies.

When completing the booking we will collect the name and telephone number of an emergency contact for you prior to every yoga retreat. We will use this information and contact this person only for emergency reasons. We may disclose this person’s name and telephone number to third parties such as retreat/venue managers if needed in an emergency.

By participating in the retreat you grant to Francesco Mazzetti Yoga the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Francesco Mazzetti Yoga. you hereby release and discharge Francesco Mazzetti Yoga from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

By booking any retreat with us you agree to be bound by and adhere to all policies and rules.
